Micki Ford
Guest Speaker - The Assembly, Hot Springs, AR
Micki Ford is a native of Hot Springs, AR. She has attended The Assembly Hot Springs for the past 9 years. She is married to Will Ford, and together, they have 8 children, 4 grands, and 2 great-grands. They are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus, by ministering to children, youth, and families.

Fighting feelings of hopelessness and abandonment throughout her life, Micki is a product of God's grace. By allowing God to court her and guide her, Micki has overcome past addictions through recovery and her Savior. She fights for those who have walked similar paths by helping to lead them to the healing, transforming power of Jesus Christ

PASTOR MIKE MASON
Lead Pastor - The Assembly, Hot Springs, AR
Mike Mason is Lead Pastor of The Assembly Hot Springs with his wife Alicia and their three children, Bryce, Kylie, and Talese. As philosophy of ministry at The Assembly is one of Family Fellowship, it is important to Mike that the Mason family pastor together. In current pursuit of his Master’s degree, Mike has a degree in Biblical Studies from SUM Theological Seminary and is in the process of opening a Boys Ranch for troubled youth. Mike Mason’s anointing and heart for down-and-outers has resulted in a thriving and healthy church of ex-cons, drug users and their dealers, and ex-prostitutes and earned him the reputation of being a shepherd among shepherds. “Ours is a call to restoration, discipleship, and transformation. There is nothing more rewarding than a life restored; nothing more satisfying than a prodigal-come-home or a prisoner-turned-son, Gal.5:!”

Nick Sergent
Evangelist - Georgia
Nick Sergent was born and raised in Harlan, Kentucky. He's from a family of ten and was troubled as a young child. He never spoke up for himself and was shy, backwards, and often "last in line." Nick said, "I found myself early in life doing drugs and alcohol and later dealing drugs." He never really believed in God and is a three time suicide survivor. Nick was saved at age 19 in Georgia. "I met my wife and married seven months later. We had a beautiful daughter two years after that." Nick and Mary have been married 19 years and a little over two years ago God gave him a business which is called Holy Beardz." "God has turned my life completely around and I have now been preaching for 12 years." Nick uses social media as an outreach to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
